What Is It?: Congregational Consulting takes a deep look at your congregation from several vantage points. This includes staffing and ministry effectiveness to worship prep, service experience and membership care. We assist with preparing your servant leaders through trainings and/or workshops in areas of comprehensive leadership, evangelism, discipleship, teambuilding, etc.

Why Do We Need This?: It is important that those who are guiding ministries, preaching, and teaching are properly equipped to effectively share the gospel of Jesus Christ in a culture that is constantly changing. While assuring that leadership is well trained, it is also pertinent that the congregation feels listened to and supported.

How Is It Structured?: Our Congregational Consulting is founded on what we call the “hand-in-hand” model, which focuses on building both leader and congregant. It provides the membership with the inspiration that they need to support the ministry while giving leaders the knowledge and tools required to do the work of God with a spirit of excellence.

Who Is This For?: All ministries who are interested in taking a deep look at how to strengthen your staff, how to better structure your weekly services, and to dive into how effective are your ministries not only inside of your church but also in your community.

When Can We Start?: Your church can start by booking a free consultation. After that you can schedule leadership trainings/workshops and listening sessions for your membership. Your church can secure monthly trainings or sessions with a retainer fee.

Where Are The Sessions Held?: Initial consultations can be virtual. After this, trainings and workshops can be held both in-person and virtually. In-person is highly preferred.
